Probate
Probate Administration is the process of administering the estate of a deceased person. This can be a difficult and confusing process without the help of an experienced attorney. We represent personal representatives and guide them through the process of administering the estate with compassion and attention to detail. Trust Administration
We represent Trustees and beneficiaries of trusts. After the death or disability of a loved one, a Trustee is faced with the task of administering a trust. Along with that role come important fiduciary responsibilities on the part of the Trustee. Our firm guides the Trustee through the administration process by providing guidance and advise regarding distributions and ongoing responsibilities. In addition, we work with the Trustee to be sure all important filing and reporting deadlines are met, all required documents are prepared and the trust is efficiently administered.
Probate Litigation
There are times when disputes arise in a probate or trust administration. We represent fiduciaries as well as beneficiaries in contested estate and trust administration cases, including will contests and cases involving breach of fiduciary duties.
