Welcome to my website! My name is Betsey Rubel and I am the attorney and owner of Elisabeth J. Rubel PLLC.

Elisabeth J. Rubel PLLC is a small law firm committed to providing expert legal services to Michigan families with integrity, personal attention and excellent customer service.

I practice exclusively in the area of Estate Planning and Probate Administration and Trust Administration. I believe in open communication and creative problem solving.  My passion is helping clients achieve peace of mind by having an appropriate estate plan in place that reflects the values and goals of the client. Additionally, I approach all probate and trust administration with compassion, organization and attention to detail.  I love what I do and feel honored to serve clients in this area of law.  Professionally, I am a member of the Oakland County Bar Association Trusts and Estates Committee and frequently speak on estate planning topics at local community organizations and churches.

Outside of the office, I am a busy mom to four beautiful girls (Katie, Claire, Anna and Molly) and have been married to Jason for more than twenty years. I grew up in Holland, Michigan and am a graduate of Holland Christian High School (1993), Hope College (1997) and Wayne State University School of Law (2000). I am a member of Lutheran Church of the Redeemer in Birmingham.  In my spare time I enjoy cheering my girls on in their activities, traveling with my family and decorating my home.
